Aluminium Frame extruded from 6063T6 alloy to BS1474.

Hardwood Sub-Frame kiln dried to KD:-FAS-IF.

Average weight per cu foot:
28lbs

Modules of Rupture (lbs per square inch) 10,740.

Mechanically jointed using stainless steel screws to minimum HV450 - maximum HV750.

Colour
standard colour white - others available on request.

Hardwood impregnated with HW01/HW04 Aluminium treated with FS/P-FS/60-/FS/60/TC. All joints treated with ES-silicone tested to BS476 Parts 20/22.

6 further Intumescent seals all tested to BS476 Part 20.

Hinges
standard colour white - tested to BS476 Part 22.

Locks
manufactured from Austentic Stainless Steel tested in accordance with BS476 part 20.

Glass
Indicative Test - using 6mm pyroguard - the system is able to accept any 6mm Fire resistant glass.
